At Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel San Juan, San Juan

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the beach was just a short walk away, and I enjoyed some decent interactions with the staff. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by noise issues and poor service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value comfort and tranquility.

This hotel was a real letdown with its rundown condition and horrible service. My room was in disrepair, and I faced multiple inconveniences during my stay. The staff's rudeness and unwillingness to assist made matters worse. On the plus side, the location has potential, but overall, it’s not worth the price you pay.

I really appreciated the beautiful courtyard and pool area, which offered a serene escape from the busy street outside. The staff, especially Monica at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us find a room last minute, which I can't thank them enough for. However, there were a few minor issues, such as some noise from the bar and the A/C not being as fresh as it could be.
